Cancellation/Refund/Late Arrival Policies:All cancellations must be in writing (email or fax):
Refunds (minus a $25 administrative fee) are allowed if canceled more than seven days prior to the workshop. No refunds within seven days of the seminar.
If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate from your organization at no additional charge. The instructor reserves the right to refuse admission to those arriving more than 20 minutes after the scheduled starting time. Please plan accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel a seminar.
